This Guide provides research guidance in the area of Food Law.  This includes food, agriculture and animals rights.  Food law is an evolving area covering both Federal and States rights, rules and laws.  This guide provides guidance on the relevant Federal rules and laws.   Information on how to research the intersection of Federal food laws with relevant state and local laws.  There have also been some developments where municipalities have attempted to step into the debate regarding food law.
