Current awareness tools keep legal professionals up-to-date on legal developments. Most of the ones mentioned here are delivered by email. However; blogs and micro-blogging sites like Twitter or Reddit are also important sources of news. An RSS feed can deliver blog posts through an online platform like Feedly or Netvibes or by email. For those without paid subscriptions to current awareness services like Bloomberg Law, blogs and microblogs are critical to staying aware of new developments in the law and in legal practice but require the reader to evaluate the source carefully and verify.
